RUMA Refund & Return Policy

At RUMA, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.


RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in. This means it should be unused, unworn, and include any original tags and packaging. We also require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email us at rumastore9@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns must be sent to the following return address:

Please note that items returned without contacting us first and receiving approval may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

When contacting us, please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you faster.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some products cannot be returned due to safety or hygiene reasons. These may include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Personal care or beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for gift cards or final sale items.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, the quickest option is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, even if there is no issue with the product.

Items must still be returned in original condition, meaning unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, but it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account.
