RUMA Shipping Policy

At RUMA, we work hard to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below carefully so you understand our shipping process, estimated delivery timeframes, and what to expect after placing an order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. Please keep in mind that customs procedures vary by country and we do not have control over customs inspections or delays. Because of this, RUMA cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by customs authorities.

Once tracking is provided by the carrier or supplier, we will make it available to you as soon as it is received.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

(Business days only — weekends and public holidays are not included)

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States: approximately 7–16 business days (tracking available)
  • Rest of the world: approximately 7–21 business days (tracking may vary)

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Although most packages arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur in rare situations due to factors outside of our control such as carrier issues, high shipping demand, customs processing, or weather interruptions.

In busier times of the year—especially during holiday seasons (typically November through December) or during major promotions—delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.

If your package shows no tracking updates for 30–60 business days, we may reship your order depending on the situation.


PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please keep in mind that order processing time is separate from shipping time. Before your order is shipped, it needs to be prepared and handed over to the carrier.

Our typical processing time is 4–6 business days. During processing, your order is checked, packed, and forwarded to our shipping partners for dispatch.

Once your package has been shipped, tracking details will be available to you (once provided by the carrier). In some cases, processing may take slightly longer during busy periods such as holidays or high-volume sales events, but we always do our best to move orders out as quickly as possible.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

After placing your order, cancellations are only possible within a short period of time. Because orders may enter processing quickly, we are unable to cancel orders after 30 minutes.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at rumastore9@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.


UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

RUMA is not responsible for packages that are returned due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Undeliverable deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice that you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at rumastore9@gmail.com by replying to your order confirmation email. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to change the address.


REFUNDS AND DAMAGED ITEMS

We do not typically offer refunds due to delivery delays, as shipping times are provided in advance and customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and shipping expectations before placing an order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, you may contact us for support. To help us review your claim, we may request clear photo evidence including:

  • The item received
  • Product packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Your order details

Our team will review the situation and determine the best resolution depending on the circumstances.

CUSTOMS FEES / DUTY CHARGES

Any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees charged by your local government are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information, as policies differ by country.

In rare cases, customs agencies may delay the delivery of certain shipments.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS (SEPARATE PACKAGES)

Sometimes, orders may arrive in more than one package. This can happen for a few reasons, including:

  • Items shipping from different warehouses
  • Backordered or delayed items
  • Package weight or size restrictions with carriers

If your order ships in separate packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

During peak seasons such as October, November, and December, shipping and processing times may take longer due to high order volume and carrier congestion. We truly appreciate your patience during this period and want to reassure you that we will always work to ensure your order arrives safely.
